Agreement and authorized access
By accessing UGCFlow, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. Creator access is invitation-based, and staff access is managed by an administrator. You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and use only accounts and workspaces you are authorized to access.
Your social accounts
You may connect only social accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Connecting an account does not transfer ownership to Adl AI Inc. You can decline provider authorization, disconnect an account in UGCFlow, or revoke access through the provider.
Your use of YouTube, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok remains subject to each provider’s own terms, policies, and community standards.
Content and publishing instructions
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Adl AI Inc. a limited license to host, process, review, and transmit that content only as needed to operate UGCFlow and carry out your publishing instructions.
You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary copyright, privacy, publicity, music, trademark, and other rights for submitted content. UGCFlow does not publish eligible content until an authorized user selects a connected account and confirms the publication or schedule.
Acceptable use
You may not use UGCFlow to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, malicious, or unauthorized content; evade provider controls; automate spam; probe or disrupt the service; obtain another user’s credentials; or access data outside your authorized workspace.
Service operation
We work to keep UGCFlow available and accurate, but provider APIs, account permissions, network services, and review requirements can change. Publications may be delayed or rejected by a provider. We may suspend an operation that creates a security, policy, legal, or platform-integrity risk.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using UGCFlow and disconnect provider accounts at any time. Adl AI Inc. may restrict or terminate access for violations of these terms, provider policies, law, or workspace authorization. Data deletion is handled as described in the data deletion instructions.
Disclaimers and liability
UGCFlow is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Adl AI Inc. does not guarantee that a provider will accept, publish, distribute, monetize, or retain any content. To the extent permitted by law, Adl AI Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
