Disconnect a social provider
- Sign in to UGCFlow and open Social accounts.
- Find the connected YouTube, Instagram, Threads, or TikTok account.
- Select Disconnect and confirm the action.
For YouTube, UGCFlow first asks Google to revoke the authorization, then deletes stored access and refresh tokens and authorized channel identity data, cancels unpublished scheduled videos, and prevents future publishing. Other provider disconnects delete the stored OAuth credential and prevent future publishing. Disconnecting does not delete posts already published on the provider.

You can also remove UGCFlow from Google’s connected-app permissions or from the connected-app settings in your Meta or TikTok account. Provider revocation stops UGCFlow from using that authorization. Disconnect the account in UGCFlow as well if you can still sign in, or follow the broader deletion process below.
Request broader deletion
Email support@ugcflow.online from the address associated with your UGCFlow account. Use the subject “UGCFlow data deletion request” and include:
- Your UGCFlow account email.
- The social-account handles involved.
- Whether you are requesting provider-credential deletion, account deletion, content deletion, or all available data.
We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting information so that another person cannot delete your account. Adl AI Inc. will complete a verified request within 30 days unless specific records must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or financial obligations.
Email a deletion requestMeta deletion callbacks
If Meta creates a deletion request through its platform callback, UGCFlow returns a confirmation code and status URL. The status page associated with that code reports whether the request is pending or completed. Adl AI Inc. reviews and completes the corresponding deletion request without requiring the requester to expose an OAuth token.
What deletion does not do
Deleting UGCFlow data does not delete a video or post already published to YouTube, Instagram, Threads, or TikTok. Remove published content using the provider’s own controls. It also does not override records that Adl AI Inc. must retain to comply with law or resolve security and fraud matters.
