UGCFlow Autopost extension privacy policy

How the UGCFlow Autopost Chrome extension handles your videos, captions and browsing data. In short: everything stays in your browser, and your video goes only to the platforms you choose to publish it to.

Last updated October 2, 2026

What the extension does

UGCFlow Autopost, operated by Adl AI Inc., publishes a video you choose to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and Snapchat. It fills in each platform’s own web upload page in your Chrome, using the accounts you are already signed in to. It never asks for, sees or stores your passwords.

Data the extension handles

  • The video, caption and YouTube title you choose. The video is kept in the extension’s storage in your browser (IndexedDB) so it can be uploaded to each platform. It stays there until you publish the next video, which replaces it, or until you remove the extension.
  • Publishing progress and preferences. The status of each platform, links to the published posts, your draft caption and your chosen platforms are saved in the extension’s local storage.
  • Sign-in status. To show whether you are signed in to each platform, the extension checks whether that platform’s session cookie exists. It does not store, copy or send cookie values anywhere.
  • Upload pages. In the tabs it opens on the five platforms, the extension reads and fills in the upload form. It does not collect or keep the content of those pages, and it does not access any other website.
  • Instagram file hand-off (optional). Instagram only accepts a file chosen through the browser itself. If you allow automatic upload, the extension saves a temporary copy of the video to a “UGCFlow Autopost” folder in your Downloads and gives it to Instagram’s file picker. The copy is deleted when the publication finishes.
  • Diagnostics you share. If a step fails and you click “Copy report”, a short description of that upload page (its address, language and the labels of its buttons and fields) is copied to your clipboard so you can send it to support. Nothing is sent automatically.

Where your data goes

Your video, caption and title are uploaded only to the platforms you select, through their own upload pages and under your own accounts. Their handling of your content is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

The extension does not send any data to UGCFlow’s servers or to anyone else. When you start a publication from the Autopost page on ugcflow.online, the website hands the video you picked to the extension inside your browser; the website’s own data handling is described in the UGCFlow privacy policy.

What we never do

  • Sell or share your data, or use it for advertising, profiling or credit decisions.
  • Track your browsing, run analytics or load code from the internet. All of the extension’s code ships inside the extension.
  • Publish anything you did not start. Every publication begins with your click, and you can stop before the final step.

The use and transfer of user data by this extension complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Permissions and why they are needed

  • Access to tiktok.com, instagram.com, youtube.com, facebook.com and snapchat.com: to open and fill in their upload pages.
  • ugcflow.online: to receive a video from the Autopost page on the UGCFlow website.
  • Tabs, tab groups and scripting: to open one tab per platform, keep them in a “UGCFlow” group and run the upload steps in them.
  • Storage and unlimited storage: to keep the video, progress and preferences in your browser.
  • Cookies: to check whether you are signed in to each platform, as described above.
  • Side panel and offscreen document: to show the extension’s window and prepare the temporary Instagram copy.
  • Debugger and downloads (optional, asked only when you publish to Instagram): to save the temporary copy and set it as the file in Instagram’s upload form. The debugger is attached only to the Instagram tab the extension opened, and only for that step.

Retention and deletion

Everything the extension stores stays on your computer. Removing the extension from Chrome deletes all of it. The temporary Instagram copy is deleted after each publication.
